West Glades School Jr. Beta Club completed a January community service project that involved giving thanks to those who protect and serve. As a token of their gratitude for all local officers, club members put together a survival kit candy bag to honor them on January 9th, Law Enforcement Officer Appreciation Day. Over 200 kits were distributed to Glades and Hendry County officers as a small gesture to remind them that they are appreciated. WGS continues to PAY IT FORWARD whenever possible.
