Getting to Know Project 10’s Family Guide to Secondary Transition Planning for Students with Disabilities

This training is intended to show participants how to effectively use the Family Guide to benefit students who are within the age range of 12 to 22. The training includes website orientations, exploration of the toolkit that accompanies the guide, a review of the components that define the Transition Individual Educational Plan (TIEP) and suggested strategies that can be used to support students navigate their transition paths through high school and into post-school activities.

Please join us for a brief presentation on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one assistance with completing your FAFSA! Federal Student Aid can be used for colleges and trade/technical schools. START THE EVENING OFF WITH A FREE BBQ DINNER AND CHANCES TO WIN DOOR PRIZES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT!
