FDLRS Heartland will present "The Road to Behavior Strategies: Tips and Tools for Families and Caregivers" for parents on March 22, 2023, from 9-10 am, in the Glades County School Board Meeting Room, 400 10th Street, Moore Haven, FL. This training is designed for parents/caregivers of Pre-K-3rd grade aged students. Participants will define behavior, understand how adult and child behaviors play a role in handling behaviors, examine challenging behaviors and utilize behavior strategies to help at home.

FDLRS Heartland will present "Community Resources" virutally on April 25, 2023, from 9-10 am. This training will be a brief overview of agencies and contact information for each of the four counties FDLRS services (Glades, DeSoto, Hendry, & Highlands).
Baby Bulls Virtual Autism Training Series for Parents ~ Starts Monday, February 13, 2023
CARD USF's BABY Bulls trainings are for parents and caregivers of children aged 1 to 6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or who are in the process of determining a diagnosis of ASD. The training takes place for one hour each Monday and Wednesday for 5 weeks, beginning Monday, February 13, 2023. Each training adds new information.
